

Easyriders is a specific kitesurfing and watersports school. It was formed in 2004 and is based in the perfect waters of Poole Harbour in Dorset. It is a recognized BKSA Kitesurfing and RYA powerboating school. It offers tuition from beginner to expert in kitesurifng, powerkiting, kitelandboard and buggy, Wakeboarding, Powerboating Stand up paddleboarding and first aid.
It was founded by Andy Gratwick - Andy has been in the watersports game since 1994, teaching everything from windsurfing to boating to kitesurfing. Andy has taught on every continent of the globe, with over 17 years of experience, he is the Head of training for the BKSA and a trainer for the BSUPA, teaching the Kite and Paddleboard instructors of tomorrow.

Easyriders’ driving force is Andy Gratwick. With over 15 years experience of teaching windsurfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, sailing and numerous other watersports, Andy is one on the UK’s most experienced instructors on both water and snow. He plays an active role within the BKSA (British Kitesurfing Association) as Head of Training and as a Judge at many tour events. Andy is very proactive with a number of initiatives to progress kitesurfing in the UK, including Instructor training, advanced courses, youth training and many more. Now that he’s getting old he prefers to compete in course racing in the UK and won a few events in 2009. |

Elly is an experienced Waterski, Dinghy, Stand Up Paddle boarding and Kitesurf instructor with a bunch of seasons under her belt in Europe and beyond. She also runs the office at Easyriders…which is a bit of a task at times. She sorts out the bookings, the boys, the day to day running...if you need to know something…ask Elly! |

Now a Senior Instructor in kitesurfing, Miles is also a dinghy, windsurf, wakeboard instructor. He has been with Easyriders since 2007 and is known amongst the team as ‘The Dude!’ |

Amanda has been involved with Easyriders from a graphic design point of view for a number of years. This year she has decided to live the dream and completed her Kitesurfing and Stand up Paddleboarding Instructors courses. |
Jason Senior Instructor and National Trainer |
Back from a summer last year in Zanzibar Jason has been teaching for a number of years, teaching Kitesurfing, Surfing, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddleboarding and Snowkiting. He is also a National Trainer for the BKSA and has headed up the first Bournemouth SUP -YOGA group starting this summer.

One of our freelance instructors. Spent the winter out in Oz. A keen BKSA Senior Instructor as well as Dinghy Instructor. Can usually be seen on days off when the wind blows out on a race board or cycling for miles on calm days.

Paul has returned to the UK after teaching abroard and spending the winter snowboarding. He is a BKSA level 1 Kitesurf Instructor, Powerboat Instructor and also Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor. He is new to the area but can be seen out on the water when ever the conditions are good. |

Jo came on work experience and never left. This is how Andy got into the game so watch this space. Jo is a fantastic, keen, bright young man who is kept very fit pumping kites, running around and helping out. Last year he completed his BKSA Level 1 course and is now a fully qulaified instructor.

Tom has been with Easyriders since the very start. From learning to waterstart, to teaching students to do the same. Tom did well last year competing on the BKSA circuit and is keen to start it all again in 2011! He can also teach "le Kitesurf" in French or show you how to find the intersection points of two curves. You choose :) |
Lana Assistant Instructor |
Lana learnt to kitesurf last year and can be seen when ever its windy out in the harbour on her 7m or crusing around on her sk8board. She is enthusiatic and currently working towards her BKSA Level 1 instructors. She may be small but she is mighty!! |
